When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a tracking number. Please see below on how to track your parcel:

Orders to be delivered to a UK address

Standard Delivery

FREE when you spend over £50.00

Royal Mail 2nd Class service- Estimated delivery 3-7 working days after dispatch.
This is a non-tracked service.

Tracked 24/48

Royal Mail Tracked 48 service- Estimated delivery 2 working days after dispatch

International Orders

*Please note, dispatch times can be affected by Customs. Dispatch times can be extended if there are delays at Customs. We are unable to intervene with Customs in any manner.

Standard Delivery

This will then show the following screen:

 

Please check the ‘Tracking Number Link’. If your tracking number begins with ‘RG’, this is a standard service. For further tracking information for specific countries, please see below:

Please note, for all other countries, the tracking status will show once your parcel has cleared EU Export Customs and will not update until your parcel has been delivered.

Tracked Express Delivery

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a tracking number. Please see below on how to track your parcel:

If you click the ‘View Complete Tracking History’, this will show a breakdown of the progress of your parcel. It will also give you a link to track with Postal Carrier:

 

 

Once you select Track with Postal Courier, this will take you to a new page that will show further tracking and will also provide a Barcode Number and a Local Barcode.

The local barcode can be used to track your parcel with your local courier. It will normally begin with ‘EA’
